Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs depend on your location, and are provided during checkout. We strive to process orders within 2 business days, but this may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping is handled by external carrier. You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped. For information about taxes and duties go to the section taxes and duties.

Return

If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase. If the item is returned damaged, or if it shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return. Uomo Clothing Copenhagen does not reimburse for any shipping costs.

Within the EU (including Norway)

All applicable taxes and duties are already included in the total price displayed at checkout. No additional charges will be applied upon delivery.

Rest of the World

For shipments to countries outside the EU, UK, and U.S., the order will be processed on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means taxes and duties are not included in the price at checkout and will be determined by the customs authorities in your country once the package arrives. We cannot calculate the exact amount of taxes and duties that may apply, as these are assessed by the destination country and vary depending on local regulations. Uomo Clothing Copenhagen is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or related charges. If a package is refused or not claimed, any incurred taxes or duties will be deducted from your refund.

Products

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible, but colors, styles, and designs may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or other technical limitations. Prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. The prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added at checkout.

Ordering and Contract Formation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@uomocopenhagen.com and provide your order number. You may also use the standard withdrawal form available on our website. You must return the goods in the same condition you received them, unused and with all original labels and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
